I think our collection tells us that we live in a time where we have a lot of different stuff that also is the same because of its color. Our collection says things like what our interests are but also how we are different.

I have a very intersting collection. My collection is of monster tabs. Monster is a type of energy drink that comes in many flavors. Each flavor has a diffrent color tab. When i drink or find a monster i take the tab and keep it in a box in my room. Icollect them because i think there cool and i might use them in a craft later in life if i get enough.

I had a lot of fun with both projects, but if had to pick a favorite it would have to be the bike. I liked challenging my artistic ability with something you would think would be really easy to draw and turners out to be difficult. i liked using colored pencil to shade i though it was a cool and fun way to add some value in to the candy drawling.

This is a picture of mt bike drawling. I do have to admit it was not as easy as you think it would be drawling a simple bike. Sketched the drawling in graphite and also shaded with it. i learned allot of new shading techniques and learned allot about composition and value.

This is a picture of my candy jar that i drew. I first drew it in pencil. Then i traced it onto tracing paper and practiced my color pencil shading. Next i jumped right into it and colored in my actual drawling. Using colored pencils was a different technique for me to use. It brought me out of my comfort zone a little and over all i thought it was kind of fun.
